Abstract: This study offers a Management Information System (MIS) designed explicitly for Net CentralGame Central (NCGC) to solve its operational issues, including inadequate IT infrastructure, poorattendance monitoring, and a lack of inventory management. The research includes constructing acentralized information system that combines customer data, inventory control, and employee attendance,as well as the present company procedures and issues that have been identified. It also lists the necessaryIT hardware, software, and personnel for the system to work correctly. Using this suggested approach,NCGC is anticipated to enhance its overall service quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Recommendationsfor system implementation and training are included in the study's conclusion to guarantee seamlessadoption and sustained advantages.
