FFT-NEURO: A Novel Multi-Biomarker Platform for Early Detection of Alzheimer's Disease in Underserved Communities

Abstract: Alzheimer’s disease (AD) remains one of the most devastating and costly neurodegenerative conditions, particularly in underserved communities where access to early diagnostics is limited. Omni Care Oasis L.L.C. has developed FFT-NEURO, a non-invasive, AI-powered diagnostic platform that integrates a 5-biomarker blood panel—Aβ42, total tau, phosphorylated tau, neurofilament light chain (NfL), and heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1)—to detect Alzheimer’s pathology 6–12 months before clinical symptom onset. Leveraging ELISA and qRT-PCR for sample analysis and powered by the BioGuard AI engine, FFT-NEURO aims to achieve ≥90% sensitivity and specificity, with projected AUC values between 0.90 and 0.95 based on peer-reviewed benchmarks.
