Type: article
Abstract: This study investigates how increasing cultural interaction due to globalization and technology imprints a considerable impact on the modest fashion industry. Emphasizing the role of digital technology and global marketing, this study specifically highlights the influence of contemporary Muslim civilization on the industry. This study uses a systematic literature review to examine the impact and intersections between globalization, the modest fashion industry, entrepreneurial innovations, and contemporary Muslim society. The findings highlight that the emergence of e-commerce and digital marketing are not the only factors that influence the industry. It emphasizes that the factors such as religiosity, culture, and market differences due to specific ethno-geographic differences are the important precursors that represent the influence of modern Muslim civilization on current trends and standards of the industry.
