Abstract: As a result of the increasing urgency of worldwide environmental degradation, there has been a Call for Re-examination of development practices and sustainable development. It is essential for prospective experts and managers to have the necessary tools to implement appropriate building models to address these issues. Ecotechnologies and green systems are critical for environmental preservation and resource efficiency. Sustainable urban development and the use of eco-technology and green systems are paramount, especially in developing countries encumbered by compounded environmental issues and rapid growth with strained infrastructure. Increasing awareness of communal environmental needs and scientific and technological advancements, including green technology, has increased optimism for a global embrace of feedback for environmental targets. Despite the emerging promise of alternative green building practices and energy-efficient components, there are still constraints for identifying their impact. In this exploratory work, we will examine the barriers that exist from moving improvement in developing countries, from implementing a sustainable green building strategy, and if and why large industry leaders seem to be resistant to implementing these green building practices in the first place. By identifying these barriers to entry into the marketplace, we can promote embracing sustainable construction more widely and prove through metrics that the work of the green building movement makes a greater contribution to protecting the environment and conserving energy on a broad scale. This study emphasizes the need for versatile and adaptable frameworks to support organizations in assessing and implementing the following:
