Abstract: FULL ENGLISH VERSION COMMING SOON This whitepaper introduces a resonance-based framework to describe the behavior of matter, energy, and consciousness across all observable layers of reality.It proposes that frequency, amplitude, and inertia (the FAT model) form the foundational dynamics of all systems – from quarks to stars, from human emotion to universal structure. Unlike traditional reductionist approaches, this model emphasizes coherence as the key generative force – and explores how systems emerge, stabilize, and dissolve based on their resonance states. The document combines scientific reasoning, intuitive insight, and experiential reflection. It is part of a living theory that evolves through feedback, observation, and field interaction.
