GISS E2-2 Simulation Contribution to the QUasibiennial oscillation and Ozone Chemistry interactions in the Atmosphere (QUOCA) Working Group Experimental Protocol
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Zonal mean fields of zonal winds, temperature and the residual mean circulation generated in simulations produced using the GISS E2-2 climate model (Rind et al. (2020), Orbe et al. (2020)) to support exposition of the QUasibiennial oscillation and Ozone Chemistry interactions in the Atmosphere (QUOCA) Working Group Experimental Protocol. Fields are provided to reproduce core figures 3-5 and appendix figures E1-E3. The codebase for the GISS E2-2 climate model is also provided. Rind, D., C. Orbe, J. Jonas, L. Nazarenko, T. Zhou, M.
