Abstract: The updated Policy Brief outlines EOSC4Cancer Project results and outcomes, including links to other Research Infrastructures and the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) Family. EOSC4Cancer accelerates data-driven cancer research, focusing on colorectal cancer, integrating platforms like Galaxy, OpenVRE, and cBioPortal, and ensuring FAIR principles. A key challenge is managing sensitive health data under GDPR. Collaborating with EOSC-Life, BY-COVID, SciLake, and EHDS, it aims to build a federated digital infrastructure. Policy recommendations focus on sustainability, training, cross-border data sharing, and funding models.
