Gas Leakage Detection and Automatic Off System

Abstract: The accidental leakage of gases like LPG poses serious risks in domestic and industrial environments. Thispaper presents an automated gas leakage detection and control system using an Arduino Uno and a servomotor. The system uses an MQ-2 gas sensor to monitor the environment. On detecting gas leakage, it notonly alerts users through a buzzer and LEDs but also physically closes the gas supply valve using a servomotor. The integration of low-cost components and an effective control mechanism makes this solutionboth reliable and affordable.
