Abstract: This article presents the ψ⁸ system — a formally defined architecture in which the observer is not presupposed but emerges as a retentive asymmetry held within a field of difference. Rooted in original Lagrangian dynamics and post-metric topologies, ψ⁸ offers a rigorous model where observation is not an act, but a structural result of persistence.
