Abstract: This thesis analyzes advanced approaches and pressing trends related to the recruitment of young professionals into the civil service. The study provides a critical assessment of the legal framework governing youth access to public service in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the current mechanisms of selection, and their overall effectiveness. It also offers a comparative analysis with international practices. Within the scope of the research, systematic challenges in selecting young personnel are identified, and conceptual proposals for their resolution are presented. The research employs a multidisciplinary methodology, combining legal, systemic, comparative, and innovative approaches to ensure an in-depth scientific analysis.
