Gralevity: A Density-Driven Fifth Force Where Mass Repels Energy

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: DescriptionThis paper introduces Gralevity, a proposed fifth fundamental interaction in which mass repels energy with a strength proportional to its density. Building on the established framework of gravity (mass attracts mass), Gralevity offers a complementary mechanism that drives the segregation of mass and energy across all scales—from atomic structure to cosmological evolution. The work presents two formal models—an effective-field formulation and a bimetric optics framework—along with 12 detailed, falsifiable predictions for laboratory, planetary, and astrophysical contexts. Experimental blueprints are provided, including high-stability thermodynamic tests, optical deflection measurements, and long-term radioactive decay monitoring. By addressing anomalies such as cosmic acceleration, gravitational lensing discrepancies, planetary atmospheric loss patterns, and variable decay rates without invoking speculative entities like dark matter or dark energy, Gralevity offers a unified, testable alternative. The theory’s simplicity, density-dependence, and cross-domain applicability make it both empirically approachable and cosmologically significant.
