Year: 2024
Type: book
Abstract: This book presents the first coherent and standards-based model for the storage and organization of designs, documents, and records related to technical and civil engineering projects in the country. It can serve as a scientific and practical guide for the storage and organization of these types of information resources by library professionals and technical and civil information managers. The design of this model is the result of studying theoretical foundations and examining various methods, principles, and standards for organizing information resources, including the international standard MARC 21 and the Iran-MARC format. The content of this work is designed in such a way that it allows for the storage and organization of designs and documents related to technical and civil engineering projects in the country with minimal time and expertise, while also facilitating the effective location and retrieval of this type of information.
