Hyper-Precise EEG Signal Decoding for Adaptive Avatar Mimicry in Immersive Metaverse Social Spaces
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: **Abstract:** This paper introduces a novel methodology for achieving highly realistic and responsive avatar mimicry within metaverse environments by leveraging advanced EEG signal decoding techniques and a dynamic, adaptive reinforcement learning (RL) framework. Integrating a multi-modal sensor array, high-resolution temporal convolutional networks (TCNs), and a continuous control RL agent, our system dynamically translates subtle EEG patterns into precise avatar movements, expressions, and gestures, resulting in unprecedented levels of immersion and social presence. This technology bridges the gap between neurological intent and virtual representation, offering significant implications for social metaverse interactions, remote collaboration, and therapeutic applications. --- *This document is a part of the Freederia Research Archive.
