Abstract: In this study, we investigate a potential new phase transition involving crystallization behavior under varying thermal and light conditions. The experiment involved sodium citrate and sodium bicarbonate mixtures, cooling, UV light exposure, and re-heating steps. Visual and microscopic observations were captured, and preliminary simulations suggest the presence of a novel phase transition, possibly involving thermo-quantum properties.
