Figure S4 from Glissandra oviformis n. sp.: a novel predatory flagellate illuminates the character evolution within the eukaryotic clade CRuMs

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Global eukaryotic phylogeny inferred from small subunit ribosomal DNA (SSU rDNA) sequences. The tree topology was reconstructed using the maximum-likelihood (ML) method. For the support values for bipartitions, ML bootstrap support values (MLBPs) and Bayesian posterior probabilities (BPPs) were mapped onto the ML tree. Nodes marked with dots are supported by MLBPs ≥ 80% and BPPs ≥ 0.9. MLBPs < 50% and BPPs < 0.8 are not shown unless they are significant to discuss the position of G. oviformis.
