Abstract: \nThe results of developing a methodology for ensuring a high level of efficiency and safety of energy equipment are presented. Approaches for assessing and predicting parameters that determine the reliability of energy system equipment, and the structure of a cloud data collection and processing system, are proposed. The results obtained in this work can be used to ensure the efficiency and safety of energy system facility equipment.\n
