Research on the Sample Size Optimizing of the Environmental Routine Test for Missiles
Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: After multiple batches of production, the product process and quality control have been gradually improved and matured. As an important means of inspecting the quality stability of batch production, the sampling proportion of environmental routine test should be appropriately reduced, in order to reduce product consumption, shorten inspection cycle and reduce the occupancy of test resources under the promise of ensuring inspection quality. At present, most of the sampling schemes for the routine test are based on the former products and would not be adjusted once determined. After analyzing that GJB 179A can’t be directly applied to missile’s routine test, drawing on the concepts of GJB 179A and GB/T 2828.1 for continuous batch sampling inspection adjustment, according to GB/T 26823 and the missile routine test conditions, referring to the practices of the United States and others, a routine test sampling scheme based on credit principle is proposed. That is, after the success of multiple routine tests, the sampling size of subsequent batches can be reduced.
