Abstract: Youth entrepreneurial efforts are immense to the development of country as well as world at large, to develop a nation is solely depend on the capital investment upon the youth of that nation. India is a country having the largest number of youths with more than eight hundred (800) million population in the range between 18 to 35 years. India has a good manpower to strength its economy level through a proper utilization of the one at hand. Development is the process where a skill met with good training and used through a better program. In light of this, entrepreneur serves as a platform for the identification and fixing of talent with entrepreneurial qualities, as well as for the encouragement of new business endeavors., well trained and guided to the managerial aspects of starting enterprise race. As a developing country, Indian government consider it necessary to create and initiate a program that empower skilled, educated to a vibrant youth aspirant being a potential constructive of economy. Stand up India scheme is inline program toward achieving the goal.
