New wire scanner at SXFEL

Abstract: In the past year, the wire scanner at SXFEL is upgraded to a new firmware. Unlike the previous version, where a target frame is equipped with tungsten wires in three directions, the new system uses horizontal and vertical independent scanning methods. The beam loss detector adopts plastic scintillator fiber, and the PMT module is also designed with a Raspberry PI for dynamic signal conditioning. The detailed design is described in this paper.
