Abstract: The following corrections have been made to this article based on the authors' request. The alleles in this text are incorrect: 1. " sod-1(rt448) contains the G85R mutation and sod-1(rt449) is the corresponding control strain containing silent edits; these are referred to herein using the corresponding human patient allele nomenclature, sod-1G85RC and sod-1WTC” And have been corrected as follows: " sod-1(rt451) contains the G85R mutation and sod-1(rt448) is the corresponding control strain containing silent edits; these are referred to herein using the corresponding human patient allele nomenclature, sod-1G85RC and sod-1WTC” 2. The allele in this strain in the strain table within the Methods is incorrect: • HA3299: sod-1(rt449[G85RC]) II; pha-1(+) III (abbreviated sod-1G85RC) And has been corrected as follows: • HA3299: sod-1(rt451[G85RC]) II; pha-1(+) III (abbreviated sod-1G85RC)
