Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate the progress of school-based counseling services. This study employs a literature review method as its references are sourced from relevant books on the topic. Data will be collected from two types of sources: primary and supporting sources, to gather information related to the research theme. The findings indicate that the integration of technology in counseling services at schools has brought about significant changes. The use of online counseling applications, dedicated websites, and social media has enhanced accessibility, effectiveness, and the quality of services provided to students. Online counseling services have emerged as a crucial innovation that allows broader access without being constrained by physical presence at school
