Abstract: NOAA Ship Oregon II will conduct a survey of reef fish on the U.S. continental shelf of the GOA using custom built spherical stereo/video stationary camera systems. Water will be sampled using an environmental sensor paired with the stereo camera array in addition to the deployment of an environmental DNA (eDNA) sampler to collect benthic water samples at select stations, paired with stereo camera array deployments.
