Abstract: This study focused on ICT and equal opportunities for access to learning for students at Collège Moderne Abobo Pk18. The aim was to show the contribution of ICT to equal access to learning for students. To this end, we conducted a survey of a sample of 100 students and 50 parents of students, using questionnaires. The results show that students from disadvantaged families have less chance of accessing better learning conditions. However, ICT is mainly used by these students to search for resources related to course content, group work and presentations, thus contributing to equal opportunities for access to learning.
