Abstract: This issue focuses on the topic of “Recruiting and developing staff in (medical) libraries” with a particular focus on training and continuing education programs. The issue is supplemented by an article on the TARCiS statement, the Medical Librarian’s Bibliography 2023, the report from the AGMB’s working group on evidence-based medicine (AG-EBM) and the “German MLA (AGMB) News”, as well as a request for support from the editorial board.
