Abstract: The Environmental Information Services Working Group (EISWG) is charged by Congress to provide advice to NOAA on innovative technologies and strategies, and to report back to Congress annually. This report highlights the uncertain future of the Weather Water Enterprise (WWE), the value of the WWE to the Nation and the critical role that NOAA plays within it. It closes by outlining a set of shared goals, recommendations to leadership, and a vision for how EISWG can continue to contribute going forward.
