Abstract: What is 'Moresprudence' and how does it relate to the learning organization? An infographic explaining the different aspects of ways to come to a coherent way of working, based on relevant dialogues about rhe organization's moral dilemmas, with integrity. 'The concept of 'mores' does not only mean habit, usage or the way in which ‘we’ do things, but also refers to someone’s will and the motivation of his actions. 'Prudence' means, in addition to conscious, skillful and careful, also: foresighted.
