Abstract: Dufourea vandykei Bohart, 1948 [Holotype: CASC; Westgard Pass, Inyo Co., California, USA; June 3, 1937] Dufourea vandykei is found across the southwestern USA and specializes on pollen from Sphaeralcea A.St. -Hil. (Lincoln 1980). Ayala et al. (1996), reported this species in BC.
