Abstract: This thesis analyzes the role and importance of spiritual and educational work performed in neighborhoods in the Prevention of juvenile delinquency. The role of the neighborhood in youth education, existing problems and their solutions have been considered. The study found that the effective activities of the neighborhood Institute were instrumental in preventing juvenile delinquency.
