Abstract: Summary: This article discusses the interconnection between crisis and security by examining how the war in Ukraine has impacted the national security space of the Republic of Moldova,combining socio-political, economic, and legal aspects. Through the lens of the Ukraine war, theconvergence between security and crisis is addressed and explained through the interdependence andreciprocal influence of economic, legal, and humanitarian factors. The war has demonstrated how alocal crisis can have widespread and interconnected effects on a regional and global scale, emphasizing the need for an integrated approach to managing current challenges and ensuring security atlocal, regional, and global levels.Key words: security, human rights, crises, regulation, responsibility
