(RAG-KO mice are deficient in generating lymphoid lineages, while GFP+ mice represent a healthy immune system with constitutive GFP expression in all immune cell lineages, which allows for easy and accurate detection of immune cell populations by flow cytometry, simplifying the identification and quantitation of cell lineages)
