Abstract: share repurchases variable does not influence dividend policy, the profitability variable proves to have no influence on dividend policy, and the liquidity variable has a negative influence on dividend policy. Future researchers are advised to choose samples from various industries, add new variables, and use the latest years of study. This research can be used as consideration in decision making, company management, and decision making in dividend policy within the company.
