Abstract: Rhachomyces canariensis Thaxt. EXAMINED MATERIAL. — Georgia • Telavi distr., Kobadze env., Turlo river valley; 41°50’40”N, 45°19’19”E; 1100 m alt.; 5-8.VI.2008; leg. A. Puchkov; slide #L00385; on the elytra of Trechus quadristriatus (Schrank, 1781) (#i00316 = SZIK K100). ADDITIONAL EXAMINED MATERIAL. — Greece • Samos island, river Imvresos near Myli; 5.IV.2008; leg. W.Rossi & E.Sarri; all over the body of T. quadristriatus (slide WR3247). KNOWN DISTRIBUTION. — Reported on Trechus Clairville, 1806 spp. (Coleoptera, Carabidae) from several European countries, from the Canary Islands (type), Madeira Islands, Morocco and Turkey (Santamaría & Pedersen 2021).
