Abstract: PeaceMakerGPT is an open-source AI peacekeeping initiative that detects early signs of warmongering, hate speech, and incitement to violence using open-source intelligence (OSINT) and advanced natural language processing (NLP). Grounded in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), and the UN Charter, PeaceMakerGPT aims to empower a decentralized global movement to accelerate world peace by 2026. This document provides the full open-source release package for public deployment and virality.
