Abstract: The article explores the ethics of care in foreign language learning within a humanistic approach. It examines pedagogical and ethical principles that help create a supportive educational environment, considering students’ individual needs, emotional well-being, and sociocultural context. Special attention is given to empathy, respect for each student's individuality, and dialogic interaction between teachers and learners. The article analyzes key principles of the ethics of care, including individualized learning, emotional support, critical thinking development, intercultural competence, and a dialogic approach. It discusses methods of implementation such as role-playing, project-based learning, interactive dialogues, and contextual teaching. The teacher’s role as a facilitator is also emphasized, highlighting not only knowledge transmission but also the encouragement of students' personal growth. The study concludes that the ethics of care is a vital component of the humanistic approach, helping to reduce language anxiety, increase motivation, and deepen students' understanding of the foreign language environment. This makes the learning process more effective and harmonious, fostering both personal development and intercultural dialogue.
