Year: 2024
Type: article
Abstract: Canine Distemper (CDV), a highly contagious viral disease that is most common in domestic dogs and wild predators, is caused by the genus Morbilivirus, family Paramyxoviridae. It causes greater rates of morbidity and mortality. Despite the fact that numerous studies worldwide have consistently documented lethal symptoms, no appropriate treatment has been developed or implemented to date. In recent years, homeopathic medications are utilized to treat a variety of animal diseases, Homeopathic medicines are advised since the nerve symptoms of CD necessitate prolonged treatment. Canines suffering from CD symptoms can benefit from the use of these two homeopathic remedies: Cicuta virosa (Water Hamlock) and Conium maculatum (Poison Hemlock).
