Type: article
Abstract: Job satisfaction is a key factor that can influence employee productivity, loyalty, and performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and perceived organizational support on the job satisfaction of Civil Servants (ASN) within the Lumajang Regency Government. A quantitative approach was used in this research. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, and the sampling technique applied was proportional random sampling. The population consisted of a homogeneous category, with a total sample of 386 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to ASN within the Lumajang Regency Government. The data analysis technique employed was structural equation modeling using the partial least squares approach (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that both transformational leadership and perceived organizational support have a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of ASN in the Lumajang Regency Government. These findings highlight the importance of visionary leadership and institutional support in creating a satisfying and productive work environment. The implications of this research are expected to serve as a foundation for policymakers in improving the quality of human resource management in the regional government sector.
