Abstract: This folder contains the data and analysis scripts/notebooks complementary to the research article: "Spin-orbit control of Dirac points and end states in inverted gap nanowires with a transverse electric field" https://doi.org/10.48550/arXiv.2409.00274 The folder "notebooks" contains the python jupyter notebooks used to generate the figures of both the main text and the SI. The folder "InAs-GaSb" contains the data generated from the 8-band kp model calculations (input parameters, finite element meshes, eigenvalues and, where needed, eigenvectors).
