Abstract: Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) have played a vital role in advancing educational equity and social justice. This study investigates how critical pedagogy at HBCUs shaped the development of global leaders who graduated between 1900 and 1980. Using a qualitative case study method, the research explores the impact of an education rooted in social justice principles on the careers of seven global leaders. Research reveals how these leaders challenged systemic oppression and contributed to global change. The findings emphasize HBCUs' role in cultivating inclusive leadership, advancing higher education, and shaping diplomacy.
