Abstract: It is important to suggest that Samarkand is not only one of the oldest cities in Central Asia but also one of the most significant political and cultural centers in the world, with a rich history in global human civilization. The role of Samarkand in world history is unparalleled. This historical and vibrant city today has become a research hub in modern historical institutes of developed countries worldwide. Samarkand, which has made an invaluable contribution to human civilization, has long attracted the attention of many scholars and researchers around the world. Highlighting the role of Uzbekistan, particularly Samarkand, in the social and economic life within the system of Central Asia’s internal and external relations, is a significant issue in the history of our homeland. As the first president of the Republic of Uzbekistan noted, “Samarkand, with its incomparable power, rich history, and unique culture, has attracted the attention of the world.
