Abstract: Dampfomyia (Dampfomyia) leohidalgoi (Ibáñez-Bernal, Hernández-Xoliot & Mendoza, 2006) Lutzomyia (Dampfomyia) leohidalgoi Ibáñez-Bernal, Hernández-Xoliot & Mendoza, 2006: 27–31. Holotype (♂): MEXICO: VERACRUZ: Municipality of Juchique de Ferrer, El Tacahuite, 19º55’59”N, 96º40’55”W, 523 m. 13/IV/2005, light trap, Bernabé and Guevara, colls. Allotype (♀): MEXICO: VERACRUZ: Municipality of Colipa, El Zapotal, 19º55’59N, 96º40’55W, 219 m. 14/ II/2006, Mendoza, Bernabé, and Guevara colls., refuge between tree roots. Paratype: Same data as holotype (1♀). Conservation status: Complete, well preserved; slide-mounted in Euparal.
