Abstract: this article explores structural analysis of activity (action) verbsexpressing the semantics of intensification in English and Uzbek languages. These types ofverbs are divided into five categories according to the structural norms. They are followings:verbs consisting of one stem-verbs, prefix+stem verbs, two- stem verbs, mixed types ofverbs, idioms belong to verbs.
