Work Motivation Framework of the Non-tenured Teachers

Abstract: The study was conducted to determine the dimensions of work motivation among non-tenured teachers. Thestudy employed and made use of the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) as the research design. This wasconducted to 150 non-tenured teachers in Davao del Sur through a non-experimental qualitative surveyquestionnaire.The findings of the study revealed five dimensions of the work motivation framework of non-tenured teachers.These are: Job Fulfillment and Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Challenges and Influences, Teaching Conditionsand Resource Availability, and Student Behavior and Workload.
