Public Procurement of Innovation simulations, consolidated training approach and materials

Abstract: This report presents the outcomes of the BUILD project’s activities to support public procurers in implementing innovative procurement methods. It includes simulations of public procurement of innovation (PPI) processes, consolidated training approaches, and updated training materials. Key topics addressed include market consultations, citizen participation, risk assessment, and procurement methods that promote innovation. The materials combine theoretical insights and real-life examples, such as posters and online presentations, to provide practical tools for public procurers. This resource is designed to build confidence, enhance knowledge, and foster collaboration among public procurement professionals.
