Abstract: This article analyzes the stages of the constitution's development, its history, its impact on legal systems, and the process of modern renewal. Taking into account post-independence and global experience, the changes made to the Constitution were considered, and their impact on the construction of society and the state was highlighted. The study emphasizes the significance of constitutional reforms in implementing modern democratic principles and ensuring human rights. The article is dedicated to the study of the role of constitutional changes in improving the system of public administration, strengthening law and order, and the development of society.
