DFAS AI Governance Doctrine: A Sovereign-Aware Framework for Enforceable Artificial Intelligence Oversight
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This document presents the DFAS AI Governance Doctrine: Appendix C – Context Note (Version: July 2025 — 46 Manuscripts), part of the Dynamic Financial Applied Meta-Science (DFAS) framework. The DFAS AI Governance Doctrine defines an enforceable, sovereign-aware, and doctrinal approach to governing autonomous algorithmic systems in high-stakes environments. This version documents 46 fully drafted and registered manuscripts, structured across four doctrinal pillars: Philosophical Foundations, Technical Protocols, Sovereign-Aware Governance, and Sectoral Applications. Together, these manuscripts establish a benchmark for sovereign-calibrated AI governance by integrating enforceability, predictive auditability, authorship integrity, ethical foresight, and institutional resilience. This appendix outlines the full doctrinal scope, manuscript titles, and descriptions, along with a note on ongoing development, publication status, and intellectual property guidance. As the doctrine evolves, updated versions will be published under this DOI to reflect new manuscripts and refinements. Readers, practitioners, and researchers are encouraged to cite this appendix as the authoritative reference point for the current state and structure of the DFAS AI Governance Doctrine.
