Elaborating the Core Postulates of Covariant Loop Dynamics (CLD): A Critically Analyzed Framework
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The quest for a unified understanding of fundamental physical phenomena remains a paramount challenge in theoretical physics. Covariant Loop Dynamics (CLD) emerges as a novel theoretical framework, positing that the intricate tapestry of reality is woven from the dynamics of geometric loops embedded within a quantized, tensioned space-fabric. This paper critically analyzes the core postulates of CLD, aiming to provide a geometric and vibrational underpinning for established physical principles while offering fresh perspectives on unresolved questions. Each postulate is presented alongside its original elaboration and proposed mathematical aspects, now augmented with a critical analysis to foster deeper inquiry and outline avenues for future development. This work endeavors to present CLD not just as a collection of ideas, but as a developing, falsifiable, and potentially powerful explanatory system for the cosmos. Keywords: covariant loop dynamics; core postulates; cosmological constant; fundamental constants; gravitation, spacetime geometry Introduction to Covariant Loop DynamicsCovariant Loop Dynamics (CLD) offers a departure from traditional particle-centric or field-centric views of the universe. Instead, it proposes a fundamental ontology based on loops—dynamic geometric entities whose existence and interactions within a quantized, tensioned space-fabric give rise to all physical phenomena, from the curvature of spacetime to the identities of elementary particles. The framework is built upon a set of core postulates designed for clarity, consistency with known physics, potential falsifiability, and explanatory strength. This document elaborates on these postulates, incorporating critical perspectives to stimulate further investigation and refinement.
