Abstract: Today, Islamic finance seeks to deliver financial services in accordance with Islamic principles and practices. Sukuk plays a significant role in Islamic banking, which has been evolving since the 1970s. In recent years, sukuk has received a lot of attention in Turkey, thanks to the involvement of Islamic banks and sukuk issued in collaboration with the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, which is sponsored by the government. Sukuk is an interest-free investment vehicle that has become popular among investors in recent years. It is widely utilized in nations such as Turkey, England, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE to offer finance. The purpose of this research is to undertake an econometric analysis of the influence of KIS data in Turkey on Bist - Participation, Bist-30, Dow Jones, and SPSK data from 2021 to 2024 using the ARDL bounds test technique. The analysis examined daily data from 16 November 2021 to 14 June 2024. The number of observations is 545. The ARDL model findings revealed a statistically significant association between the dependent variable KIS and the other independent variables. In general, it indicates that the dependent variable has a considerable effect on the values of the independent variables. The high variance (r-squared) value indicates that the model has a strong explanatory power.
