Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: P.A.N.D.A. (Personal Assistant Nurtures Differently Abled) is an intelligent, multimodal assistive system developed to empower users with physical and motor disabilities by enabling hands-free interaction with computers and digital environments. The system integrates JoyMouse, a nose-tracking virtual mouse using real-time facial tracking, a virtual keyboard controlled by facial gestures and mouth detection, and voice-command-based automation. It supports over 40 voice commands to control applications, perform GUI interactions, and automate system-level functions, thereby creating a seamless and accessible computing experience. Designed to be intuitive and hardware-light, P.A.N.D.A. offers an affordable and empowering solution for users with limited mobility. Ahamed Kabeer J, acted as a brain to this project development.
