Critical Infrastructure in the Context of the Survival of the Territorial Community

Abstract: On the example of the Mykolaiv city territorial community, the prerequisites for the community's survival and development in the conditions of war are studied. The vulnerability of the critical infrastructure vital for the survival of the community was determined, the dependence on: sources of external funding for the restoration of the water supply and drainage system of the city, the presence of qualified engineering and technical and production personnel at the places of repair and emergency work and safe conditions for the performance of the necessary work, promptness in the adoption of management solutions.
