Coherence Dynamics of Black Hole Accretion Disks: Predictive Model of Turbulence, Variability, and Energy Transport
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This publication presents a comprehensive coherence-based model of black hole accretion disk dynamics, integrating fractal turbulence, recursive energy transport, and dark-sector coherence interactions. Unlike classical models (e.g., Shakura-Sunyaev thin disk), which rely on smooth viscosity-driven mass transport, this framework introduces dynamic oscillatory coherence (DOC) and fractal self-similarity as fundamental mechanisms governing accretion flow. Key features of the model include: Fractal Turbulence Cascades – Accretion disks exhibit log-periodic energy scaling across nested coherence layers, explaining quasi-periodic oscillations (QPOs) observed in black hole systems like GRS 1915+105 and Cygnus X-1. Coherence-Regulated Accretion Efficiency – Accretion rates are modulated by dark coherence fields, enhancing synchrotron radiation and explaining excess emission in M87*. Jet Collimation via Recursive Coherence Structures – Black hole jets exhibit log-periodic narrowing, consistent with VLBI observations of M87*. Magnetic Field Variability – Disk magnetic fields follow self-similar coherence cycles, producing polarization fluctuations in AGNs like 3C 273. Gravitational Wave Feedback – Turbulence-driven modulations in accretion flow influence post-merger gravitational wave signals, predicting late-time echoes observed by LIGO/Virgo. This model resolves inconsistencies in accretion efficiency, turbulence structure, and jet formation, providing quantitative predictions for astrophysical observations. It offers a testable alternative to standard accretion models, bridging coherence physics, fractal dynamics, and high-energy astrophysics.
